SSST kan u bijstaan in alle nodige adviezen op het
gebied van mechanisch bewerken, chemisch / technisch reinigen en behandelen van
metalen oppervlaktes. Wij verzorgen ook
testmateriaal en apparatuur ten aanzien van de oppervlaktegesteldheid.
Zo beschikken wij over palladiumchloride vloeistof alsook over een digitale
oxilyser ten behoeve van een passiviteitsmelting op het roestvast stalen
oppervlak.
Preventief onderhoud door beitsen
Onze beits - behandelmethode bestaat uit meerdere
reinigingsprocessen, waarbij wordt uitgegaan van het beitsen als belangrijkste
basistechniek. Het gehele proces wordt op een veilige en milieuverantwoorde
wijze uitgevoerd. De toegevoegde waarde in onze beitsmethode wordt veroorzaakt
door de RVS oppervlaktehuid te openen. Dit gebeurt door middel van een vijf uur
durend penetrerend zuiveringsproces met een mix van sterk zuurhoudende
grondstoffen waardoor de RVS huid effectief gezuiverd wordt. Het optimale
hygiënische aspect tijdens de chemische penetratie draagt ertoe bij dat de uit
balanszijnde verhouding van alle toegevoegde elementen in de legeringen,
teruggebracht worden in de originele balansstructuur. Door het oppervlak te
neutraliseren en vervolgens langdurig na te spoelen met demi of (goede
kwaliteit) chloride arm drinkwater, zal een zeer sterke (effectieve) dichte
oxidefilm ontstaan waardoor ook de corrosiewerende eigenschappen zich herstellen
in de juiste moleculaire basisstructuur. De corrosiebestendigheid is daardoor
optimaal geworden, het RVS oppervlak is schoon en heeft een zilverkleurig
uiterlijk verkregen.

SSST can advise you in the
field of metal surface (mechanical and chemical) treatment. In addition to our
treatments we can complete passivation with (palladium chloride / oxilyser
tests for measurement of passive (oxide) layer condition.
Preventive maintenace by pickling
Our pickling treatment method
contains several tech / cleaning processes. Hereto is pickling the most
important basic technique. The whole process will be performed on a highly safe
basis and with all environmental precautions involved. The additional value
into this pickling method will be caused by opening the stainless steel surface
skin. A five hours during penetration (pure) cleaning process with a mixture of
acid base chemicals, will clean (superior hygienically) the stainless surface
skin. The upgraded (hygienic) aspect during this chemical penetration, results
in a rebalanced structure of all elements of the stainless alloy. By
neutralizing the whole surface followed by rinsing (with lots of)
demineralised – or (good quality)
poor chloride drink water, a strong en most effective close being oxide film
will be formed, in order to restore the corrosion resistance into the right molecule
basis structure. The corrosion resistance is than highly upgraded, the
stainless surfaces is superior hygienic with a silvery coloured finish.
